Refund and Returns Policy

At “Valerie Pleasure”, we are committed to your satisfaction and privacy. Our products are carefully selected to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and discretion. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Items: You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened Items: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns of opened items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team via contact us form. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely, along with its original packaging and any accessories, and ship it to the address provided in the RA instructions. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for unopened items returned within the 30-day period. For items returned due to defect or error on our part, no restocking fee will apply. Items returned for reasons other than these may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exclusions

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Personal Hygiene Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, personal hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable.

Warranty Claims

For items covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the item for replacement.

Privacy

We understand the sensitive nature of our products and assure you that all returns are handled with the utmost discretion. Packaging is neutral, and no product descriptions are included on the outside of the return shipment.
